Generic Voucher: corresponds to a monetary value that can be used in any of our activities, the value being deducted from the final price at the time of payment.
Specific voucher: corresponds to the offer of a specific activity and can only be used in the activity for which it was purchased, for the number of participants indicated.
What does the voucher include?
O voucher includes the value or experience indicated, depending on the type of voucher purchased (generic or specific).
How long is the voucher valid for?
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Do I need to book to enjoy the experience?
Yes. All our activities require pre-booking and are subject to availability.
How can I use the voucher?
Simply make the booking as normal. At the time of payment, there is a field for you to enter the voucher code and the amount will be applied automatically.
Can I choose the date and time?
Yes, the voucher can be redeemed at any time and on any day of the week. The date and time are chosen at the time of booking, but are subject to availability.
Can I exchange the voucher for another activity?
The generic voucher can be used for any available activity.
The specific voucher cannot be exchanged for another activity and is only valid for the experience indicated at the time of purchase.
What happens if I can't make it?
You must notify us in advance. Rebookings are subject to our cancellation policy.
